Over-seeing all aspects of DMP’s visual communications; print and digital.
Planning annual design strategies in-line with the company’s vision and values, scheduling workloads of cross functional projects aswell as campaign concepts and implementing all design/brand elements. Responsible for directing a small team of designers, providing training, mentoring and ensuring deadlines meet business requirements and are within required budgets.
Maintain relationships with other stake holders to make sure brand consistency is adhered to whilst developing and evolving the brand and subsidiary brands.
Ensuring that third party intellectual property (IP), copyright and trademarks are correctly utilised within brand guidelines.

Lead design responsible for all creative requirements and supervising two designers.
Taking briefs from the Marketing Manager to develop concepts and to implement the design solution to help marketing strategies from vision to completion.
Working closely with stake holders and additional third party agencies to develop brand guidelines, corporate identities and sporting apparel IDs.
